Bingham McCutchen LLP Again Sponsors Two EJA Fellows for Summer 2008 For the fourth straight year, the law firm of Bingham McCutchen LLP has sponsored two EJA Summer Fellows. This year’s Bingham McCutchen/EJA Fellows are Jonathan Tucker, a Georgetown law student who is working on housing law issues at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia and Neetu Bawa, a University of California at Hastings law student who is working with physically and mentally disabled children in the foster care system at the Public Counsel Law Center in Los Angeles. Bingham McCutchen’s sponsorship of EJA Fellows is just one small example of its ongoing and substantial pro bono commitment. In 2007, Bingham McCutchen received the Boston Bar Association’s Thurgood Marshall Award recognizing the firm’s generosity in providing pro bono legal representation to the needy. Equal Justice America is very grateful for the generous support of Bingham McCutchen.
